HRD's article: "How you can help people realize their potential"
In this article, six key points or provided to help managers enable their employees to reach their potential. One of my favourite points is "Understand the person and not the work," I remember when I used to be a supervisor, this tip taught me to ask great questions. It allowed me to gain better insight into what motivated my team, how they felt the most supported and how do we create learning opportunities so they can get one step closer towards their goals.
Neil Patel's Web analysis tool: https://neilpatel.com/
This is a neat and free tool for start-ups, businesses and marketers to gain a quick overview as to how well their site could rank on google based on keywords, content shared, etc.
Service Future's article: "Want to foster innovation? Start with your workspace"
This article provides food for thought about how different work place designs influences knowledge transfer, collaboration and productivity. This made me think about the importance of context and how a pure open-work space is not conducive for promoting collaboration in every work environment.
