I help purpose-driven leaders navigate uncertainty and thrive—without sacrificing well-being.
As the daughter of refugees and a lifelong generalist, I once burned out chasing certainty. That journey taught me what I now teach others: growth happens in the gray, and leadership begins within.
Today, I guide purpose-driven leaders and organizations through the gray that comes with change—whether it’s scaling a team, navigating transformation, or implementing new technologies.
My focus: building sustainable high performance rooted in authenticity, clarity, and resilience.

TLDR version
My 'why' is rooted in my family's story.
As the daughter of refugees who rebuilt their lives in Canada to create a better future for their children, I carry the values of authenticity, discipline, resilience, curiosity, and community into everything I do. These values have shaped my core belief: growth happens in the gray areas, and leadership begins within.
Drawing on an unconventional path—spanning Human Resources, entrepreneurship, martial arts, and podcasting—I guide purpose-driven leaders and organizations through change, rapid growth, or the people-side of technology implementation. I focus on enhancing leadership and team effectiveness while balancing high performance with well-being.
Early in my career, wrestling with being a generalist sparked a deep curiosity about human potential. That journey taught me to ask thoughtful questions, listen without judgment, and connect dots others might miss. Over time, I became known for aligning the right people with the right work and bringing clarity to complexity—skills that now anchor my coaching and consulting practice.
And when I’m not coaching, creating content or training in the gym, you’ll find me exploring new restaurants and/or bubble tea shops.
