As a refugee’s daughter and career generalist, I burned out chasing certainty; learning that growth happens in the gray and leadership starts within. I now guide purpose-driven leaders and organizations to build sustainable high-performance. while they navigate misalignment that results from change initiatives, scaling teams or technology implementations.

TLDR version


My ‘why’ is rooted in my family’s story. As the daughter of refugees who rebuilt their lives in Canada to create a better future for their children, I carry the values of discipline, resilience, curiosity, and community into everything I do. These values have shaped my belief that growth happens in the gray areas and that leadership always begins within.


Drawing on an unconventional path—spanning HR, entrepreneurship, martial arts, and podcasting—I guide purpose-driven leaders and organizations through periods of misalignment, whether sparked by change, rapid growth, or the people's side of technology implementation. My focus is on enhancing leadership and team effectiveness while balancing high performance with well-being.


Early in my career, wrestling with being a generalist sparked a deep curiosity about human potential. This journey taught me to ask thoughtful questions, listen without judgment, and connect the dots others might miss. Over time, I became known for aligning the right people with the right work and bringing clarity to complexity—skills that now anchor my coaching and consulting practice.

At Suncor, I championed the adoption of a complex digital transformation and system implementation, integrating SAP 4, WorkDay, and ServiceNow. 


This resulted in a 15% decrease in client resolution time and significantly reduced pay issues and union complaints. 


This demonstrates my ability to streamline operations and enhance system efficiencies, crucial as you navigate changes such as scaling.

Strategic Talent Management

At Paladin Security, I led full-cycle recruitment for multiple departments, increasing staffing rates from 45% to 93% and decreasing overtime hours. 


By developing 10 new strategic community partnerships, I increased quality leads by 15%. 


This experience illustrates my effectiveness in talent management and strategic partnerships, helping businesses efficiently scale their teams ensuring that they maintain a competitive advantage.

Onboarding & Compliance audit Process Optimization

I partnered with a transportation company that was about to double in workforce within a 8-week period.


I assessed their manual onboarding and regulatory compliance processes and  integrated a CRM to streamline their onboarding process from 20 steps to five, reducing talent attrition in their pipeline from 50% to 25%. 


This showcases my skill in process optimization and enhancing employee retention, key for organizations scaling up their workforce.

HCM Implementation & Cross-Functional Team Leadership

As a Developmental Behavioural Aide Supervisor at Pacekids Programs, I partnered with the HR team to implement a new Human Capital Management (HCM) system, Ceridian Day Force, and coordinated cross-functional teams to consistently meet client goals. 


This resulted in high client satisfaction and positive ratings. 


This highlights my ability to enhance organizational performance during times of change while supporting complex projects.

At Blue Yolk Inc.

I generated new business opportunities by consulting with clients on UX/UI, web development, and marketing concepts.
