My 'why' is rooted in my family's story

My “why” is rooted in my parents’ journey as refugees who rebuilt their lives in Canada to create a better future for their children. Watching them model resilience, adaptability, resourcefulness, and service to others shaped my values and belief that leadership isn’t a title—it’s a way of life, and it starts within.

My unconventional path, spanning Human Resources (HR), entrepreneurship, martial arts, and podcasting, shaped my belief that growth happens in the gray and leadership begins within.
