This week, my top 3 Favourite Resources are:

The 5 elements of Inbound Marketing include: 1) SEO, 2) Pay per Click, 3) Create valuable content, 4)Create engagement on Social Media, 5) Landing page- allows the individual to execute on the call-to-action and the bonus recommendation is Re-marketing- the use of cookies to follow individuals on the internet and using ads to remind them of your company.
Gleb shares five questions to ask yourself to avoid bias, using the Dunning-Kruger Effect to your benefit and how to take loss aversion into consideration when making hiring decisions. The five things to consider are, 1) What important information have you failed to take into consideration? 2) What cognitive biases might be affecting your decisions? 3) Ask a trusted advisor or get another opinion, 4) Can you address all the ways this person might fail and how to prevent it? 5) What might sway your decision?
