Kristen Hadeed's insight on "Leading without fear"

Kristen, the founder of Student Maid sheds light on how leading with fear can cause an individual to make decisions that they would regret. Whereas identifying the root cause of the fear and the willingness "to accept the worst if it does happen" can be freeing.

I can definitely relate to Kristen's insight because fear has actually held me back from speaking my mind and passing up great opportunities.

New 2020 survey reveals how social media engagement impacts brands

The key things that stood out to me is: "Offering informational content about a brand on social media emerged as an important way to motivate followers to make a PURCHASE," whereas consistently engaging with users is key to building positive INFLUENCE.

Researchers found that Play (you are motivated by work itself), Purpose (the direct outcome of the work fits your identity) and Potential (the outcome of the work benefits your identity) are key to increasing performance.
