It is important for a CPO to develop and motivate an agile workforce, digitalize processes, develop a corporate culture that values continuous learning, developing and promoting an inclusive culture, using and interpreting data with empathy to address people issues and drive results.
It is not too crowded yet so it might be worth it for organizations to create an account on Tik Tok , 1-Be authentic and have fun, 2-Maximize on the features offered on Tik Tok, add music, humour, be candid and keep it short and to the point (15 seconds or so), 3-Experiment, find out what will work for your brand and how you can best engage an audience.
Organizations still experience unconscious biases that can prevent women and minorities from advancing. This episode highlights how individual managers can interrupt bias within their own teams and how to maximize on diverse workforces.
