One of the things that stood out to me most is that quiet leaders are more effective at leading proactive teams because quiet leaders are good at harnessing the team's collective wisdom and enabling collaboration by allowing people around them to contribute and shine.


Kristen gave great insight into the importance of developing a personal brand within your company and how this develops credibility and trust. To start identifying your personal brand, understand what your value is and frame your "elevator pitch" in a way that is simple and connects with people.


Businesses can no longer rely on a favourable reputation and social responsibility alone but need to demonstrate equality and care for their workforce to attract the top Gen Z talent. As rates of burnout increases, encouraging mindfullness at work and providing flexible work arrangements, it increases productivity, employee satisfaction, workforce retention, loyalty and wellbeing.
