How I can help

As a Leadership Coach and Consultant, I help high-performing leaders navigate ambiguity and overwhelm so they can lead with curiosity, authenticity and influence.

When priorities collide, roles evolve, or technology reshapes how we work, even the highest performing leaders feel the pressure. I help leaders turn that friction into clarity, trust, resilience, and innovation.

This approach has been shaped by a squiggly-line career, my parents’ refugee journey to build a better future for their children, and years on the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu mats—where I’ve learned that leadership starts within.

That’s why I started, “The Leader Within" podcast. A space for real stories and candid conversations about growth, resilience, and leadership in all its messy, human forms. Through guest interviews and personal reflections, I explore what it looks like to lead through ambiguity, both on and off the mat.

My 'why' is rooted in my family's story

My “why” is rooted in my parents’ journey as refugees who rebuilt their lives in Canada to create a better future for their children. Watching them model resilience, adaptability, resourcefulness, and service to others shaped my values and belief that leadership isn’t a title—it’s a way of life, and it starts within.

My unconventional path, spanning Human Resources (HR), entrepreneurship, martial arts, and podcasting, shaped my belief that growth happens in the gray and leadership begins within.
